The staff were exceptional and attentive, of when the front desk clerk would be back. The room with the correct sized sheets was good value.

We appreciated staff and location, every detail was provided. The room was cheap with view to the street, had wake-up service, that's cool.

I appreciated that it was clean and secured, the staff were pretty friendly and rooms were attractive. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to Collins Avenue and the beach.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow plus the bed of mine was very hard.

So helpful staff, UNBEATABLE setting. It's in the heart of Miami Beach. And it's at a short distance from downtown. Loved early check-in and late check-out.
Wi-fi signal was very weak, very dirty room.
